Hi. My bread is rising higher on one side than the other while in the oven causing the higher side to have a 'seam'. I'm using the original bread recipe from the BB book. I'm using 4 cups of flour, and it's a soft dough, so I'm thinking it's not that I've used too much flour. I knead the dough in my kitchen aid until the dough is 'clean' from the sides, usually about 6-8 minutes. I have moved and am using a new oven and have tried moving the loaves halfway through baking, but it still happens. What could be causing this?
