Terms of Service and Rules of Conduct
The messages posted to these forums express the views of the individual writers of the message, not necessarily the views of The Bread Beckers', the forum administrator, moderators or other members. Accordingly, anyone associated with this forum can not and does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message; and the content of every message is the sole responsibility of the member posting.
While it is the administrator's intent regarding members posting to forums hosted on this site to have the greatest possible leeway in both content and language used to express their views freely, any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact the administrator by either private message or by e-mail. The administrator reserves the right to edit or remove any message considered to be objectionable, embarrassing or hurtful and will make every effort to do so in a timely manner if it is determined that removal or editing of questionable posts is in the best interest of these forums and its membership. Crude, foul, or abusive language will not be tolerated!
By registering and becoming a member of these forums you agree to allow the administrator to reveal your identity and other information we know about you including all email accounts and IP addresses used to post to these forums. You further grant permission and exclusive rights to modify, delete, or make any use whatsoever of any and all material posted to these forums without further notice, any compensation or consideration.
You agree through your use of this service that you will not use these forums to post any material which is knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, threatening, invasive or otherwise inaccurate or intentionally misleading.
Flaming and personal attacks are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated, lively discussion and debate is acceptable. The administrator realizes that from time to time members may become agitated with other members including the administrator or moderators or the conversation may become heated. This is not unusual activity in forums and isn't necessarily 'an attack' unless it degrades into blatant name calling where the debating of some issue becomes secondary. The administrator further realizes that the best mediation of disputes between members is when members themselves settle differences without heavy-handed interference or actions by the administrator. That said, the administrator reserves the right to edit, lock or remove posts he deems necessary for the well being and general harmony of the forums. All posts must be in the English language.
Thread hi-jacking is discouraged Threads should remain "on topic" i.e. relevant to the original subject that started the topic. Administrator and moderators reserve the right to move topics to more appropriate forums if the topic is obviously posted to the wrong forum. While off topic posts are permitted, they should remain in the forum set up for that purpose.
Grounds for Immediate Banning and loss of privileges All members are expected to conduct themselves in such a manner that they respect this site and all of its members. Anyone making repeated posts to these forums attacking this site or its members or how this site is administered will be considered disruptive, are subject to losing their membership, and may be warned, suspended or banned immediately without further notice depending on the severity and frequency of this rule violation.
