Order schedule:

We are in the central group. Also note that we order quarterly so you will want to plan your order for at least 3 months.
Pricing & Products:
The Bread Beckers keep their website updated with a list of products & prices. The pricelist in our co-op's order site is updated 4-5 days before our order deadline (when I receive the pricelist from the Bread Beckers). http://breadbeckers.com/retail_price.htm

Placing an order:
Members will place their orders in our co-op's website (THIS IS A DIFFERENT WEBSITE FROM THE BREAD BECKERS). You will receive a link to this co-op ordering website when you join our group.
Payment:
You will get an invoice emailed to you within day or two after the order deadline. This will give you a chance to look it over and let me know if there are any errors. (Note: We do not pay sales tax with our orders since we are outside Georgia.) If there are no errors, please promptly send checks payable to me (not the Bread Beckers) to the address on your invoice. I must have your payment in hand one week after the order deadline or your order will be deleted from the Co-op's order.
Picking up your order:
Arrangements for you to pick up your order will be made once the Beckers have given me a specific delivery date. This usually happens about 3-6 weeks after the order deadline. I am real flexible with the pickup time but the place is usually my house or workplace. Directions and times can be found in our co-op's ordering website by clicking on "Pick Up Locations" at the bottom of the "Member Info" page.
