I've just bought the Pastamaster 2200 but I don't know the recipe for the Kamut Pasta. Could someone please tell me?
Thank you!

Kamut Pasta Dough

    • 3 cups freshly ground Kamut flour
    • ½ tsp. Salt
    • 4 Eggs ( room temperature)
    • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
In a food processor, combine flour and salt. Mix until well blended. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and oil. Turn food processor on and slowly pour egg mixture into flour and salt. Pulse until well mixed. Do not let dough form a ball. Take dough out of food processor and turn out onto a floured surface. Press together to for a ball and knead until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes at room temperature. Use as directed with whatever type of pasta machine you may have.

Thank you Jim for the recipe,
can I also put all the ingredients into the Pastamaster 2200 and let the machine do the rest?

Thank you!

Based on pages 8 & 9 of the Lello instruction manual, it looks like you can slowly add your wet ingredients and the Pastamaster 2200 will mix the dough for you.
