I was at the homeschool fair this weekend and Sue had some cracker type bread that she made out of the normal whole wheat loaf cut into strips and then put the olive oil dipping sauce on it and cooked it in the dehydrator. I forgot to ask her what temp and for how long she cooked them. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? They were amazingly delicious and I'm dying to make them for my kids to snack on.

I do not have a dehydrator, but I have made a cruton-type bread by putting it in the oven on 175-200. I don't remember how long I left it in the oven, but it made the bread crusty without burning it.
