Does anyone know the recipe and ingredients for the raw super food shake. I remember seeing it on the Breadbeckers site and wrote down the ingredients to buy but now have lost my list/s.  :?

Thanks in advance

Is this the recipe you are looking for?

Basic Super Foods Shake Recipe

  • 1 tsp. raw organic lacuma powder
  • 1 tsp. raw organic maca powder
  • 1 Tbs. raw organic cacao powder (or powdered cacao nibs)
  • 2 Ho Shou Wu capsules (open and empty into drink)
  • Squirt of Agave nectar to taste
  • Squirt of Yacon Syrup to taste
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • Handful of raw cashews
Grind cashews (and nibs if using) in blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and enjoy. If you use the cacao powder it tastes like a frosty from Wendy's or a mocha iced coffee. The nibs do not totally powder so they do not lend much of a chocolate flavor.

Once a week, I usually just take all my left-over raw veggies, like tomatos, carrots, celery and fruit , and throw it all in the blender, with some ice cubes. My wife and I sit in the swing outside and polish them off. We never have to throw away veggies or fruit.
