I had some fudge a friend made out of carob and it was great. I used the same recipe and the same kind of honey. (we got it from the same source) I used cocoa instead and all I could taste was the honey. I have read on line that I need to substitute one for one when changing from cocoa to carob. Have any of you found this to be true? What is going to be the taste difference? I have tried the carob chips but they were not good. Just trying to figure it out before I buy.
