The Sproutman (Steve Meyerowitz) includes a sprouted corn tortilla in his cookbook Kitchen Gardens. The ingredient list is short, just corn sprouts, corn oil or butter, garlic, and cayenne pepper. He dries the sprouts in the oven or a food dehydrator and grinds them into flour, then combines all ingredients into a paste and shapes tortillas onto a greased cookie sheet for baking.
