My daughter is thinking of getting an electrolux assistant and wondering if the grain mill attachment works well.  OR, what do you recommend?  She wants to make several loaves of bread at a time - 5 kiddos.

I would strongly recommend getting a good mill such as Wonder Mill or Nutrimill. They will give you a powdery flour. A WonderMill will also mill flour very quickly.

It doesn't matter what kind of wheat or grain you are milling, you can use a standard mill like the WonderMill etc. But you cannot put nuts or seeds in your mill. Those are too oily for a mill and will clog it up.

The Bread Beckers have those available... here are links: http://www.breadbeckers.com/wondermill.htm
