I just got my Electrolux in May. As I was using the double beater and the white bowl the beater broke. Does anyone know how get this repaired or replaced?
Thd double-whisk bowl/beater assembly for the Electrolux is meant only to be used for whipping cream, egg whites, and the like. Often the beater assembly will break if used for anything thicker. You can contact L&R Gourmet @ (631)243-0100 concerning warranty/replacement parts for your DLX. If the beater assembly is not covered under the warranty, you can order a replacement through L&R Gourmet or through the Bread Beckers (http://breadbeckers.com/electrolux_assistent.htm -- just scroll down to the bottom of the page).
