| The company (Creative Technology) that made the Whisper Mill is no longer in business. Therefore, there is no one to back-up the LIFETIME WARRANTY they had.

Hi Jim,
I just want to be sure that I am understanding correctly . If a whisper mill does happen to need repair, will Breadbeckers still repair it? Will their be a labor and parts charge for that repair? I'm very happy to hear that there are parts available now.

Tina - we will be able to repair Whisper Mills (since it is the same as the WonderMill, imported by a different company). We have parts on order, but none in stock right now - hopefully by next week. We will have to charge for repairs.
If someone needs a repair, the best thing to do is call or e-mail. Dave (in our warehouse) can talk to them and make sure they have a repairable problem BEFORE they spend the money to ship it to us.

I am in need of a new canister lid. My green tube is broken, but still useable. Would you have those? If you don't have those, who would I contact. Thanks.

The Wondermill parts are the same as the Whispermill's, and we most of them in stock.
We have the lid w/tube for $11.80 (our part # 00291).
