My nutrimill quit working. Ground Saturday and again Sunday, but Monday it wouldn't grind. Does BreadBecker's repair these, or do I have contact Kitchen Resource.
I spoke with somone at the BB office Wednesday, but she didn't seem 100% sure if BB does the repair or not.
I know this post has been on awhile, but I wanted to add to it if anyone new read this. I bought a Nutra Mill and had it for about 2 weeks. Worked fine. All the sudden it stopped working. I called Kitchen Resource and talked to them. I had ground oats because the book said I could and right after that it stopped. The gentleman at Kitchen Resource told me you can grind oat berries, not just oats that it clogged my mill up. Since then they have changed the owners manual. They sent me a paid postage label to send it back to him to look at. Within 2 weeks I had a brand new mill. Awesome service, great people to deal with.
