I was wondering if the flour collected during the milling process (inside the measuring cup under the black filter) is usable, or should it be dumped out?
Hi...I actually called Breadbeckers about 2 months ago with the exact same question. They said it's just flour that's been blown through the filter. I thought it was gluten, too, but they said it's just flour.
