A firend is trying to create a bread recipe from a list of ingredients.
She has a food intolerance to yeast, so finding bread is difficult. She's fallen in love with Sami's Bakery Brick Oven Baked Millet and Flax bread, but doesn't love the price!
The ingredients list: Organic Millet Flour, Brown Rice Flour, water, Aluminum Free Baking Powder, Sea Salt, Organic Ground Flax Seed. The loaf has a traditional rounded smooth top, like a regular bread loaf.
