Hi....can anyone tell me the nutritional information about freshly milled red hard wheat? I'm starting to keep track of my caloric intake.....what is the fiber and fat content?
I'd appreciate any info I can get....
Thank you,

I am doing Weight Watchers and needing to know this info as well so I can count points.I am hoping it will be less points than store bought due to the added fiber!! Let's keep our fingers crossed.

If you go to the Bread Store, somewhere on this site, you can find the nutritional value for the bread they sell.
Try this link. It is for the crunchy seed bread made with hard red wheat and flax seeds.
